SunTrust Bank v. Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., Williamson County Chancery Court no. 40767. Achieved settlement for bank in excess of quarter of a million dollars on breach of contract claim against title insurance company.
Executive Air Express, Inc. v. Denny Hastings LP 22, Chancery Court for Rutherford County, Tennessee, no. 13-CV-1707. Obtained verdict for breach of contract for $198,000 plus an award of attorney’s fees for the client of nearly $100,000.
Johnson v. HDAV Corp., United States District Court for the Middle District of Tenn., no. 3:11-0732. Obtained judgment and award of attorneys’ fees and expenses in excess of $200,000.00 in breach of contract, breach of warranty, piercing the corporate veil, fraud, and Uniform Commercial Code case involving customized mobile advertising van.
Barnett v. The Fortress Group, Inc., Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tenn., no. 10-1346-I. Obtained verdict for breach of contract and successfully convinced court to pierce the corporate veil and hold individuals liable for judgment.
NOL, LLC et al. v. OccuComp, Inc., Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tenn., no. 10-128-11. Represented client’s company and client individually, in breach of contract and piercing the corporate veil case. Obtained verdict that corporate veil should not be pierced.
Southern Hobby Supply, Inc. v. Pirozzi, Chancery Court for Davidson, Tenn., no. 11-1355-II. Obtained judgment for breach of contract in case involving sale of business and non-compete agreement. Also obtained award of attorneys’ fees and expenses for client.
Saeedpour v. Virtual Medical Solutions, LLC, Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tenn., No. 11-554-I. Successfully defended client’s company and client, individually, in breach of contract and piercing the corporate veil case. Obtained verdict for client and client’s company on all counts. Successfully defended verdict before Court of Appeals of Tennessee which affirmed trials court’s verdict of no liability.
